Terms of Use

Last updated: 11 July 2026

1. Who we are

danish-truckers.com is operated by Pellucid Software (Denmark), contact info@pellucidsoftware.com. The site offers free tools, guides and community content for simulation games. By using the site, donating, or downloading our software you accept these terms.

2. Donations and downloads

ETS/ATS Advanced CoPilot is distributed on a donation basis: a donation of at least €5, processed by Stripe, gives you access to download the software. After payment you receive a personal download link by e-mail. The link is valid for 30 minutes; you can request a fresh link at any time, free of charge, using the same e-mail address you donated with.

A donation entitles you to download the software as it exists at the time of the donation. We aim to keep the download service and free re-requests available for the foreseeable future, but a donation is not a subscription and does not entitle you to future versions, features or support.

3. Right of withdrawal and refunds

The download is digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium. By completing the payment you request immediate delivery of the download link and acknowledge that your 14-day right of withdrawal under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act lapses once delivery has begun. If something goes wrong — for example you never receive a working download — contact us at info@pellucidsoftware.com and we will fix it or refund the donation.

4. License

The software is licensed, not sold. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software for private purposes on machines you control.

5. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to bypass the download verification, abuse the link-request service, or otherwise interfere with the operation of the site. Automated abuse is rate limited and may be blocked.

6. Third-party software and trademarks

Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator are products and trademarks of SCS Software s.r.o. Stream Deck is a trademark of Corsair Memory, Inc. Steam is a trademark of Valve Corporation. Danish Truckers and Pellucid Software are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of these companies. The software is a third-party companion tool built on the official SCS SDK for use inside the games only.

7. Disclaimer

The software and the website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. The software controls vehicles inside a computer game; game updates may change or break its behaviour at any time. It is your responsibility to ensure that using third-party tools complies with the rules of any multiplayer service, convoy or virtual trucking company you take part in.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by mandatory law, Pellucid Software is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of data or savegames, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you donated. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumers have under mandatory Danish or EU law.

9. Complaints

If you are unhappy with anything, write to info@pellucidsoftware.com first — most issues are solved quickly. As an EU consumer you can also complain to the Danish Center for Complaint Resolution (Center for Klageløsning / Nævnenes Hus) if the statutory conditions are met.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are settled by the Danish courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the current version. Changes apply from publication and never retroactively to donations already made.

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
